this is the band's 5th full length,and it sounds as if they have found their perfect groove,their niche ,if you will.Tight and loose improv instros,that encroach heavily on spacey sounding sounds ,and wild effects, some even blues-leaning tunes ,and one out of left field hardcore ripper with vocals! I would say this is their most accomplished outing,and sadly,their final recording.They also made a split cd (with The Bitch Crickets,found on this here bandcamp page!) ,and appeared on the "Ed's 50th" 2cd set,as well as youtube videos of live performances (found on sluggisha's youtube channel)Ain't it like that,for a band to finally make it to that peak,their goal,the perfect sound,and then quit? so sad,but a great album,and a real twist to the melon.
